No matter where you’re located in Australia we can help. Once you’ve filled out and sent us a job order form we will contact you to confirm your details along with the job description. We then mail you a prepaid return postage bag with safety pins and a measuring tape.

When you have received your initial free welcome kit you can get started on pinning your garment, if you need help you can watch one of our how-to videos or email us for a free consultation. Next, carefully place the garment in the free prepaid return postage bag provided and mail it back to us.

Your garment will then arrive back to us ready to be hemmed. After the job is completed we email you an invoice with our BPAY details and a total cost for the altered job plus the final postage.

And that’s it! You’re online hem is now finished and ready to be sent back.
